Refunds, Returns, & Exchanges


Due to the nature of our products being digital, we offer new customers a trial in which is used to decide if purchase will be made. If the customer does not cancel within 48 hours the card will be charged. With that being said, we do NOT offer a  refund for our Digital Products.  Any refunds pertaining to any issues outside of a new subscriber will be at the sole discretion of the owner. 

In regards to physical products that we sell, in the event an item is sent damaged or does not work properly in some way, we offer a 15 days for a full refund. Please include item in original packaging.

You must send photo to of damaged product and or explain malfunction. We need this information for insurance purposes. You must pay for return shipping of the item.

Once we receive your email we will approve or disapprove claim. Then we will resend new product as needed, provide refund or provide new details about claim.
